Hibari is an 11-year-old boxer dog. Hibari means “skylarks” in English. I live in Tokyo, Japan, with Hibari and my two other dogs.
Hibari was rescued as a young puppy by an adoption facility. She has always had great pride. When she turned 10 years old, Hibari began to experience paralysis from the waist down. Despite this, she still looked forward to going on her walks each day like she always has.
