What is the Warranty on a Walkin’ Wheels Wheelchair?

The Walkin’ Wheels wheelchair frame is guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase. The warranty protects against defects in the material or workmanship. If a wheelchair frame breaks under normal usage, please let us know and we will repair or replace the wheelchair at our option. You would be responsible for all shipping charges. The wheelchair warranty applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Orders over $49 ship free within the contiguous US. Need your order fast? Expedited shipping options are available! Shipping rates are calculated based on your order’s size, weight, and final destination. We also offer in store pickup, for our local customers!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Walkin’ Pets products are shipped to over 150 countries all over the world! We partner with International Dealers who stock our products as well, find one close to you today!

How long does it take to get my order?

Our mission is to ensure that your shipment arrives to you and your pet as quickly as possible. We make every effort to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our shipping department processes products Monday through Friday. We do use multiple shipping partners to assist with the delivery of product – USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery is typically between 1-5 days unless an Overnight option is chosen. International shipments are guaranteed as far as Customs in that same time frame.

How do I track my order?

We’ll send you emails to update you on the progress of your order, or you can check its progress in the Orders section of your account. You can also give us a call, and we’ll be happy to provide tracking information.

Who will be delivering my order?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at the door or with your doorman.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses?

Yes! We do ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and international addresses. Not all orders are able to ship to PO Boxes, if you can only accept packages via your PO Box, please contact Customer Service to confirm your package is sent via the Post Office (additional charges may apply).

What happens if my package gets lost?

If your package were to be misplaced, please call our Customer Service representatives for assistance in tracking your package. All items purchased from Walkin’ Pets are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

YuMOVE Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price as described below.

Refund deductions:

We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products if this has been caused by your handling them in a way that would not be permitted in a shop.

If you have chosen to return your product using a pre-paid return label provided by Walkin’ Pets, the shipping cost will be reduced from your refund amount.

How to get your money back

If you’ve tried a YuMOVE product for at least 6 weeks (42 days), and still not 100% happy after talking it through with our Customer Care Team, and still haven’t seen a difference, we’re happy to process your refund

You will need to return the product by USPS with your proof of purchase and any unused part of the product or the empty containers – and we’ll refund the product’s purchase price.
